Unless otherwise specified in the listing information for a specific item, each item sold by Uptime Electronics, Inc. through this website is warrantied for 90 days from the date of receipt by the buyer. This 90-day warranty is valid only under normal and intended use of the item sold. Refund will be provided in the event that an item arrives in in-operable condition, or become inoperable during the 90-day warranty period (without having been damaged by the buyer, the buyer's agent, or by equipment on which the item has been installed). Uptime Electronics, Inc. will provide the refund upon our receipt of the same item sold by us, returned to us under an RMA specifically requested by the buyer, and provided by Uptime Electronics, Inc.
